Open Door with Agents, CDs

The New York Local’s Open Door program continues to be hugely popular. Over 1,800 members showed up for the lottery — a record turnout — and over 1,600 received appointments for one-on-one meetings with agents or casting directors. Started back in the 1970s at legacy AFTRA, Open Door connects our members with people they might not otherwise see who have direct access to job opportunities.
