SAG-AFTRA’s Ohio-Pittsburgh Local invites you to a Performer’s Tax Preparation Seminar.
Performer’s taxes can present unique issues and preparing taxes is an important part of your business as an actor. How do you make sure you receive all the right deductions? How do you properly keep records of all your work throughout the year? How do you keep track of all the current IRS filing changes and which ones affect you personally? Now’s your chance to learn the practical "how-to’s" of filing your taxes as a Performer with the IRS.
Melissa Kidd, an Ohio-Pittsburgh Local Board Member and tax preparer (with plenty of performers’ tax experience!) will be here in person and online for an educational seminar. Melissa obtained a Masters of Law in Business and Taxation from Capital University in Columbus, OH.
Her presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
