Prepared & Empowered in New Orleans

Members learned self-defense techniques from fellow member and expert Alex Coker, right, in New Orleans on Aug. 29. The self-defense program was sponsored by the New Orleans Local Women’s Committee and offered attendees numerous tips on how to protect themselves in life-threatening situations, such as during an active shooting or a personal attack.
