How do I manage users in the Producer Portal?
On the Production Details page, you can manage access to your productions. You can view the list of current users under “Authorized Users.” The blue “Edit Users” link will take you to the “User Management” page.
If you would like to add a new user to help upload, download and view documents for the project, click the “Invite New User” button.
There are two roles you can assign to a delegated user: Full and Limited. Users with Full Access can view, download and upload all document types. Users with Limited Access can only view and download production documents, and will not have access to certain types of documents, such as financial records. The invited user will receive an email invite and must create a password to login. After logging in, they can then access the production.
If you need to remove an invited user from the production, you can set an end date by clicking "Edit" in the table. This is also where you can modify the user's permissions, if necessary.
