LOS ANGELES (September 10, 2014) – Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) and the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) have reached tentative agreement for new contracts covering animated production. Negotiations, which lasted four days and concluded on September 9, resulted in a new 2014 SAG-AFTRA TV Animation Agreement and SAG-AFTRA Basic Cable Animation Agreement. The terms of the new agreements will be presented to the SAG-AFTRA National Board of Directors on October 12.
