SAG-AFTRA helped kick off the New York Latino Film Festival with an informative panel titled True Diversity in the Ken Howard Boardroom on Aug. 13. Attended by filmmakers and actors, the conversation focused on how content creators can be more conscious when parts are being written and cast, and how they can push for equal and true representation in gender, body types, ethnicity and identity. Panelists featured were actors Dominic Colon, Alexia Garcia and Elvis Nolasco. The panel was moderated by National Director, EEO & Diversity Adam Moore.
