LOS ANGELES (June 1, 2018) — SAG-AFTRA and the networks commenced negotiations on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 on a successor agreement to the Network Code, formally known as the National Code of Fair Practice for Network Television Broadcasting.
The parties announced a news blackout for the duration of the talks and will have no further comment.
