More than a thousand spirited SAG-AFTRA members gathered to enjoy holiday festivities at SAG-AFTRA Plaza on Dec. 13. Elected leaders, including President Gabrielle Carteris, Executive Vice President Rebecca Damon, and Secretary-Treasurer and Los Angeles Local President Jane Austin, greeted attendees. Everyone was delighted to celebrate with their colleagues and indulge in a delicious holiday meal, eggnog and holiday treats. Spicing up the winter cheer were the beautiful tree in the Plaza lobby’s, elegant décor and a choir of wintertime carolers. Speeches were delivered by Austin and Vivicca Whitsett, chair of the Los Angeles Host Committee, which produces the annual event.
