SAG-AFTRA Honors American Veterans

On this Veterans Day, SAG-AFTRA remembers those military heroes who have served our country in the past and those who continue to put themselves in harm's way around the world, often with little fanfare. We are grateful for their efforts.
 
Since World War II, members of this union have backed our fighting men and women, entertaining and informing troops at home and abroad, and packing up care packages to be shipped overseas. More recently, SAG-AFTRA proudly joined the First Lady's Joining Forces initiative, which focuses on military families, and the entertainment industry's Got Your 6 program, which seeks to secure employment for returning veterans.
 
Once again this year, SAG-AFTRA partners with the USO to offer hope, comfort and support to our troops and their families.
