SAG-AFTRA will host the panel “Game Actors on Game Actors” from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 26 in room 6BCF. The panel brings together leading video game performers including Ashly Burch (Mythic Quest, Horizon Forbidden West), Noshir Dalal (Red Dead Redemption II, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor), Sarah Elmaleh (Hi-Fi Rush, Fortnite) and Shannon Woodward (The Last of Us Part II, Westworld) for a discussion on what it takes to work in voice or movement performance for some of the world’s leading video games. The panel will be recorded for replay on the SAG-AFTRA podcast.
Following the panel, the union will host a post-panel press conference in the official San Diego Comic-Con press area, Room 22, at 1 p.m. This will give media a greater opportunity for direct questions regarding SAG-AFTRA’s video game agreements, the impact of A.I. on the video gaming industry, and much more related to SAG-AFTRA’s connectivity to the Comic-Con world.
