Staff and members from SAG-AFTRA attended the 2024 MLK Day Breakfast hosted by the Los Angeles County Federation of Labor on Saturday, Jan. 13, at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This breakfast is held annually to honor the work of Martin Luther King Jr. It also encourages those who attend to follow in his footsteps, especially in the area of union work. This year’s theme was “Twenty-Something Leaders'' to honor the young change-makers in the labor movement in Los Angeles. Many labor union leaders and political representatives spoke and were honored. It was one of the largest L.A. Fed breakfasts to date.
