SAG-AFTRA Philadelphia Local President in Attendance for President Biden’s Budget Remarks

President Biden spoke at the Finishing Trades Institute in Northeast Philadelphia on March 9, and SAG-AFTRA Philadelphia Local President Nicole Izanec was in attendance alongside AFL-CIO members to hear his remarks. In his return to Philadelphia, Biden’s speech outlining his administration’s 2024 fiscal year plans, and plans to invest in America, continue lowering costs for families, protect Social Security and Medicare, and reduce the deficit were met with cheers from laborers in attendance.
