On Tuesday, Dec.6, the Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO hosted its annual holiday celebration in the Horizons Rooftop Ballroom at the Sheraton Downtown Center City Hotel. The festivities were full of cheer, mayoral candidates, and current and potential city council candidates that solemnly swear to support the arts and tax incentives. Members of SAG-AFTRA’s Philadelphia Local intend to hold them to it!
