"This isn't about one person. It's about an entire system that needs plausible solutions, long-term solutions."

-Chantal Cousineau

In late 2017, women and men in the entertainment and media industry began to use #MeToo to describe their experiences with workplace sexual harassment. Since that time, the conversation about sexual misconduct has become its own movement as your union and other industry professionals work to create workplace cultures where everyone is valued equitably; where discrimination and harassment are universally condemned; where respect is the norm regardless of job or demographic.

Actor Chantal Cousineau talks with hosts SAG-AFTRA President Gabrielle Carteris and National Executive Director David White about her personal experience with harassment and how that inspired her to action including giving testimony before the California Senate. Join them for an insightful conversation about effecting real culture change to protect SAG-AFTRA members and others in the entertainment industry and beyond.
