SAG-AFTRA SELS It

On April 8, SAG-AFTRA staff spoke with members of the Loyola University New Orleans Sports and Entertainment Law Society (SELS) at the invitation of Julia Holt, who is both a member of SAG-AFTRA and SELS. SAG-AFTRA National Director, Entertainment Contracts Jessica Johnson reviewed the types of entertainment contracts SAG-AFTRA negotiates as well as COVID-19 safety protocols that got SAG-AFTRA members back to work. SAG-AFTRA Director, Locals Administration Lisha Brock provided an overview of the core functions of SAG-AFTRA, information about the local and the New Orleans Local Regional Commercials Code.

“I truly enjoyed our conversation and felt as though I learned a great deal,” said Holt.
