The Missouri Valley Local and the SAG-AFTRA Women’s Committee sponsored the 2017 Kansas City Women in Film and Television’s Staged Reading Competition on April 9. Congratulations to filmmaker Cheryl M. Willis for winning Best Short Screenplay and Best Female Protagonist for the film Cypress Grove.
