Broadcast professionals from around the Midwest gathered on Oct. 19 at the Kaufherr Center to learn best practices and how to run an effective and labor-management committee. Attending were stewards from not only Chicago, but the Twin Cities and Michigan Locals as well.
The training seminar was presented by Chicago Local broadcast staff, including Director of Broadcasting Paula Weinbaum, Labor Counsel Gail Mrozowski, Broadcast Manager Sheryl Beck, Director of Locals Administration William Hendrickson and Broadcast Admin Gianna Consalvo.
