On the evening of Saturday, November 17, 2012, the annual TIVA-DC’s Peer Awards was held at the National Press Club, attended by 300 local production professionals. This year’s awards ceremony was hosted by SAG-AFTRA member Arch Campbell of WJLA, and presenters included members Monika Samtani, Tara Garwood, Rick Kain and Ken Arnold. The Peer Awards, which began in l997, is co-sponsored by the SAG-AFTRA Mid-Atlantic Local in order to recognize our members in the DC area for their outstanding work in media production.
