The 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® rolled out the silver carpet on Jan. 25, kicking off a weekend that will culminate with the live presentation on Sunday, Jan. 27.
To commemorate the awards’ silver anniversary, pre-show sponsor Reynolds Wrap® replaced the customary red carpet with a silver one. Reynolds is also making a donation to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation in support of the organization’s vital financial and professional assistance to union members and their families, and their signature children’s literacy program, Story Online.
Those seen along the “silver carpet” included Comedy Series Ensemble nominee Anthony Carrigan (Barry), along with 25th SAG Awards Ambassador and grown-ish star Yara Shahidi. SAG Awards Committee Vice Chair Daryl Anderson and committee members Jason George, Woody Schultz and Elizabeth McLaughlin also participated.
The official live pre-show PEOPLE, Entertainment Weekly & TNT Red Carpet Live: 25th Screen Actors Guild Awards, presented by Reynolds Wrap begins at 2:30 p.m. PT / 5:30 p.m. ET on sagaftra.org, followed by the 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® simulcast at 5 p.m. PT / 8 p.m. ET on TNT and TBS.
