Scene 2 Screen Call for Readers

The SAG-AFTRA New Orleans Local Conservatory Committee will offer its sixth Scene to Screen event where SAG-AFTRA members bring to life a screenplay with a live reading of Wanetah Walmsley’s Unraveled. 

RSVP: If you are interested in participating as a reader, login and RSVP below by April 10. Reservations will be based on the order they are received. Participation is limited to a maximum of 20 SAG-AFTRA members and requires advance reservation. No guests are allowed. A waitlist will be created.

Scene to Screen is only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing. No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome. SAG-AFTRA members, please bring your membership card or digital card on the app (paid through April 30, 2019 or October 31, 2019) for participation. Scene to Screen is an unpaid stage performance presented to a live audience. Casting will be based on vocal quality and characterizations. We are committed to diverse, inclusive casting. For every role, please submit qualified performers, without regard to race, age, color, national origin, sexual orientation or gender identity, disability or any other basis prohibited by law, unless otherwise specifically indicated.
