Screen Actors Guild Boston Branch Announces Election Results

Boston (September 16, 2011) - Screen Actors Guild today announced the election results for the Boston Branch.

Candidates elected from the Boston Branch include:

Bill Mootos / National Board Member / three-year term
Doug Bowen Flynn / President / three-year term
Michele Proude / 1st Vice President / three-year term
Mick Hoegen / 2nd Vice President / three-year term
Ellen Colton / Secretary / three-year term
Steve Auger / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Alecia Batson / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Frank Cacciola / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Emma Goodman / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Rob Gray / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Stephen Kyle / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Celeste McClain / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Peter McSwiggin / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Chuck Slavin / Council Member at Large / three-year term
Don Warnock / Council Member at Large / three-year term

Those members elected as Officers and Council Members at Large were also elected as Alternate National Directors who may be called upon to serve at National Board meetings when the National Board member from the Boston Branch is unavailable to attend.
 
The candidates named today as National Board Member, President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President and Secretary ran unopposed and were elected without the necessity of ballot vote pursuant to the Branch Rules of Procedure. The newly elected leaders will assume office on September 25, 2011.
