Senate Passes S-122

Great news: The New Jersey Senate has voted to pass with bipartisan support S-122, the NJ Film and Digital Tax Credit program. 

Great work to everyone who lobbied for this Bill. The next step is to have it pass the Assembly which is expected take place in the next few weeks and then on to the Governor’s desk for his signature.
