Sound Recordings Code Wages & Working Conditions Meetings

SAG-AFTRA is inviting all members who work the Sound Recordings Code to the upcoming Wages & Working Conditions (“W&W”) Committee meetings.

The Sound Recordings Contract expires on Dec. 31, 2020. Join your fellow members to discuss issues you’d like to see addressed in the upcoming negotiations with the industry. Your participation is vital!

Meetings are timed to accommodate at least one meeting in the Pacific, Central and Eastern time zones, however, as all meetings will be held via Zoom, you are encouraged to attend as many of the meetings as possible.

LOS ANGELES
Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020, 6-9 pm PT/7-10 pm MT/8-11 pm CT/9 pm-12 am ET

NASHVILLE
Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2020, 11-2 pm PT/Noon-3 pm MT/1-4 pm CT/2-5 pm ET,

NEW YORK
Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020, 3-6 pm PT/4-7 pm MT/5-8 pm CT/6-9 pm ET,

RSVP: Reservations are required. Please complete form below to RSVP. Please note that you must be logged in to RSVP. 
You will receive a link to a DocuSign version of the Confidentiality Agreement. Once that is completed and submitted, you will receive a Zoom link to connect to the W&W Committee Meetings.

If you cannot attend a W&W Committee Meeting, please make sure your voice is heard. You may submit proposal recommendations by email to soundrecordings2020@sagaftra.org. Recommendations must be received by 5 pm, Thursday, Dec. 3, 2020. 

W&W Committee meetings are open to all paid-up members in good standing (paid thru October 31, 2020) – no guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
