A Statement Regarding the Mississippi Mask Mandate

We understand that the governor has lifted the mask mandate in Mississippi. 

Please note this does not change the mask/PPE requirement protocols as stated in the Safe Way Forward Production Safety Guidelines and the Return to Work Agreement.

SAG-AFTRA productions will continue to be expected to follow the established industry standard safety protocols to keep you and everyone on set as safe as possible when working. 

We encourage you to speak to the  COVID-19 Compliance Supervisor (also known as the Health Safety Supervisor or COVID Compliance Officer) for your production if you have any questions and/or contact SAG-AFTRA at (305) 670-7677 ext. 7076

Violations of safety protocols can be reported to the union by calling the 24-hour safety hotline, (844) SAFER SET. This number can also be found on the back of your membership card, on the member app and SAG-AFTRA website.
