SAG-AFTRA locals across the country have been sending a message to ad agency BBH since September: Honor your agreement and pay performers a fair wage. But only the New York Local can show up at BBH headquarters and deliver the message to their front door. Because BBH has been crying poor, we held a bake sale for them, complete with custom-made cupcakes. When the holidays came around and BBH was acting like Scrooge, we delivered coal to their lobby. And to shine a light on their unfair practices, we projected our message onto their building. We also held demonstrations in Times Square and Lincoln Center to spread the word all over the city. We’re keeping up the pressure, and we will not back down!
