On Oct. 3, hundreds of members of Transport Workers Union (TWU) from around the country joined SAG-AFTRA members in solidarity on the picket line at Rockefeller Center outside NBCUniversal corporate headquarters in New York City. TWU Locals in attendance included, 100, 106, 220, 225, 241, 252, 264, 320, 501, 504, 555, 556, 579, 591, 1400, 2001 and 2055.

Following a lively picket, attendees were addressed by union leaders and government officials, including TWU International President John Sameulsen, TWU Local 100 President Richard Davis, WGAE Councilmember Josh Gondelman, state Assemblymember Alex Bores, and SAG-AFTRA Executive Director, New York Local, Labor Policy and International Affairs Rebecca Damon. 

NY state Sen. and Labor Chair Jessica Ramos closed out the program of speakers, calling SAG-AFTRA members her heroes, as she spoke to them about the bill she introduced the day prior, which will protect them from their digital voice and likeness being used without informed consent.
