Turning the Table(t)s on the Bosses

Modern technologies produce large amounts of data about work. Labor advocates often worry that this data will be used against workers. This session will present in-depth examples of unions using that data to advocate for workers’ interests. By analyzing data collected by employers, unions can strengthen collective action and advocate for better working conditions.
