Twin Cities Members Connect at Annual Membership Meeting

Nearly 40 members of the SAG-AFTRA Twin Cities Local gathered at St. Paul Neighborhood Network on Sept. 16, 2024, for the 2024 annual membership meeting. The turnout included a mix of actors, broadcasters, singers, and stunt performers who spent pre-meeting time networking and noshing on pizza. Following a round of introductions, Twin Cities Local President Casey Lewis highlighted some of the Local’s successes of the past year, including passage of a ban on non-compete clauses in employment contracts, and the establishment of a state film office within Minnesota’s state government framework. Following the meeting, members adjourned next door to Lake Monster Brewing for an evening of catching up with old friends and making new ones.
