The Short Project Agreement covers all principal performers working on the project. The rate for principal performers is subject to negotiation between the producer and the performer (and/or their representatives).
Stunt coordinators must be covered and paid the rate set forth in Schedules K-I, K-II or K-III of the Codified Basic Agreement that is current at the time of photography.
The first ten (10) background actors per day within background covered zones must also be covered. The rate for background actors is subject to negotiation between the producer and the actor.
Contributions to the SAG-Producers Pension Plan and SAG-AFTRA Health Plan will be made on behalf of each principal performer (as of Aug. 2018 is 18.5%) and each covered background actor (as of Aug. 2018 is 18%).
Upon request, producer will provide performers with clips from the project containing the performer’s performance.
