Unpacking “Boxed”- A Conversation About Independent Low Budget Film in Florida

Making a movie inherently comes with challenges. Add a pandemic to the mix and those challenges become next level!

The Miami Local is proud to present an educational panel on the life cycle of a short film created under SAG-AFTRA’s short project agreement. This ev will unpack the project from idea to screen and everything in-between with an emphasis on how SAG-AFTRA interacted with the cast and crew during the pandemic.  The presentation will culminate in a screening of the 13-minute short film Boxed.

This event is only open to paid-up Miami Local SAG-AFTRA members in good standing (paid thru Oct. 31, 2022, or in compliance with the May 2022 Dues Relief Extension). No guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
