Updated Constitution and Bylaws

Updated April 2007 SAG Constitution and By-Laws.

The Constitution was amended on April 22, 2007 by the SAG National Board of Directors to: 1) establish a system for the appointment of delegates to serve at the Electoral Convention of the Associated Actors and Artistes of America (“4As”), 2) change the quorum requirement for the conduct of business at National Board meetings and 3) allow each Division the autonomy to appoint its own member representatives to national committees.

The National Board approved amendments to Article V., Section 3.G., Article V., Section 1(J), Article V., Section 1(I), Article VI., Section 4, Article VI., Section 7(A), Article VIII, Section 8(A), Article XIII, Section 4(B) and Article XIV., Section 4.
