The Actors Fund wanted to share two updates regarding Premiere Residences. Please see specific details below:
- The Actors Fund is delighted to announce that Premiere Residences now has an artist preference for a portion of the Affordable units. Please see Pre-Application for artist question and qualifications.
- Minimum household income requirements have been updated on the Actors Fund's flyer and in the Pre-Application. Please make sure you refer to the current numbers when completing the Pre-Application.

Now accepting pre-applications for the 42 income-restricted apartments at Premiere Residences!
Three ways to apply: Only one pre-application (electronic or paper) is needed per household.

Leasing for the market rate apartments will begin when Premiere Residences officially opens in late summer. You will receive an email notification when they are open!

As a reminder, Premiere Residences is a newly constructed mixed-use building containing 42 affordable and 165 market rate apartments perched above New Brunswick Performing Arts Center (NBPAC). With panoramic views, this majestic tower looks out over downtown New Brunswick. Four member companies will reside in the new NBPAC space; American Repertory Ballet, Crossroads Theatre Company, George Street Playhouse, and Rutgers University Mason Gross School of the Arts.
The contemporary studio, one and two bedroom apartments feature stainless steel appliances, spacious closets, and stunning views. Community amenities include: rooftop pool and sky lounge complete with an outdoor fire pit and kitchen, a fitness center, co-work and meeting space and karaoke room. The building is pet friendly, has bike storage and is secure with a 24-hour lobby attendant
