Our goal is to further the welfare of our members and the industries in which they work. Core areas of focus include, but are not limited to: copyright protections, production tax incentives, performance rights for recording artists, rights of publicity, digital image & voice rights, combating the misuse of “deepfake” technology, tax benefits for performing artists, and fighting non-compete clauses.
