SAG-AFTRA is pleased to partner with Actors’ Equity, IATSE, SAG-AFTRA Foundation and The Actors Fund to provide the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to members.
Join the VITA program as a volunteer this tax season. Volunteers are needed to prepare income taxes for entertainment industry professionals.
VITA provides free income tax preparation to low and moderate income entertainment industry individuals and their families. IRS-certified volunteers receive training through an online self-study program to help prepare returns. Compensation is not provided to volunteers.
