The Wall of Presidents

"I knew I had to hit the floor running at my first SAG-AFTRA National Board meeting in Los Angeles on Feb. 10, representing the members of the DFW Local (North Texas, Arkansas and Oklahoma – TexArkOma!). The 12-hour meeting on Saturday was nonstop, but we have a busy year ahead. During one of the short breaks in the James Cagney Boardroom, I took a moment to reflect on the images of our past presidents hanging on the 'wall of presidents.' Our current president and national board are leading the way in addressing the critical issue of sexual harassment," said Hector Garcia. "I urge everyone to become familiar with our Four Pillars of Change initiative. SAG-AFTRA has a strong and powerful history and I am privileged to represent you. Thank you for sending me to be the members’ voice from the DFW Local. I take that responsibility seriously and will fight for your rights."
