Please join your Washington-Mid Atlantic SAG-AFTRA siblings in solidarity on Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at 5:30PM for an informational leaflet of Warner Brothers’ BLUE BEETLE screening at the Motion Picture Association. SAG-AFTRA members, along with labor movement kin and allies, will be gathering together in support of our rights, our livelihoods, and our futures! We want to make sure attendees to this screening know that Warner Brothers, along with the other major studios, refuse to negotiate a fair deal with our members, including the very people appearing in BLUE BEETLE. (We are not discouraging anyone from attending the event).
RSVP: RSVP below by noon on Tuesday, July 25 so that we can have an estimated number of attendees. Registration is not required to attend.
When you arrive, please sign in with designated SAG-AFTRA staff. We have a limited amount of SAG-AFTRA STRONG T-shirts for SAG-AFTRA members which will be handed out on a first come first serve basis. To receive a SAG-AFTRA STRONG t-shirt, please bring your SAG-AFTRA member ID card or digital card in the member app. If you already have some SAG-AFTRA gear to wear, please do! Don’t forget your hat, sunscreen and water bottle!
