HOST: Welcome to the Personnel Processing Center. Congratulations on making it to this point in the process. Only a small percentage of candidates make it to where you are now. And, you are well on your way to joining the ranks of the world’s premiere organization. I’m [insert your name].

I’ve sat where you are, now. I understand the excitement... (with empathy and a little humor) ...and the nerves. So, let’s take a few minutes to walk through what you can expect today and as you move through the applicant process.

But first, just take a moment to jump forward and envision the impact you will make with a career in this organization.

Our workforce serves at the forefront of an ever-changing global landscape with one common goal: to keep our country safe. You will be a part of that Mission. Your growth opportunities will be boundless. And, your legacy will be part of our legacy.

(With a little levity, HOST transitions to the business of the day.) So, with that in mind, let’s talk about getting you through your applicant process.

You are applying for a position of trust. Your responsibility to protect sensitive information has already begun. Your experiences in the applicant process and what you learn here today are confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone outside of the organization. We’ll cover this in more detail, later.
