I understand that Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (“SAG-AFTRA”) may photograph, stream and/or record video and/or audio (the “Media”) of today’s event indicated below (“Event”).
I acknowledge and agree that SAG-AFTRA owns or will own all right, title and interest, including the copyright in the Media and in my contributions to the Media. SAG-AFTRA will have the right to use or to authorize others to use all or any portion of the Video anywhere in the world and in any medium, which may include (but is not limited to) the following: (i) streaming or exhibiting the Video on the Internet; (ii) use of photographs or screenshots on SAG-AFTRA’s website or in editorial publications, or in any similar website or publication related to the WGA strike; (iii) use of excerpts of the video, photographs or screenshots in social media; (iv) excerpts of the video, photographs or screenshots in other outreach, organizing and educational content, including videos, brochures, publications and websites, promoting SAG-AFTRA or the WGA strike. SAG-AFTRA may use my name, voice, image, likeness, biographical data and/or other identifying information (“My Information”) in and in connection with the Video, including any promotion of the video. I also agree that SAG-AFTRA will have full editorial discretion over the video. This means that SAG-AFTRA may edit the video in its sole discretion or may choose to use or not use all or any portion of the video, all without my further approval. I understand that SAG-AFTRA will not use the Video or My Information in a commercial manner or in a way that falsely implies my endorsement of any cause, event, campaign, initiative, or individual, other than the WGA Strike without my further permission.
By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand this agreement and agree to be bound by it. I further waive any and all claims or demands of any kind which I may now have or may hereafter have arising out of the Video and its use in any manner contemplated by this release.
