WMMR Host Jacky Bam Bam Wins in Mummers Day Parade

Radio station 93.3 WMMR host and SAG-AFTRA member Jacky Bam Bam kicked off 2023 by winning first prize in the Mummers Handsome Costume Contest. This is Jacky Bam Bam’s sixth first prize win with the Golden Sunrise NYA Fancy Club, the only remaining Fancy Club in the Philadelphia Mummers Association. His theme this year was “Ghost Train,” a nod to the 100-year-old train tracks that were revealed after storms hit Cape May, New Jersey, beaches last year. Held every New Year’s Day and the oldest folk parade in the country, the Mummers Parade is a Philadelphia staple.
