W&W Meetings for L.A.Local Caucus

The SAG-AFTRA Los Angeles Local will be conducting Wages & Working Conditions (“W&W”) meetings in preparation for the 2019 SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract and 2019 SAG-AFTRA Audio Commercials Contract (“Commercials Contracts”) Negotiations. The Commercials Contracts expire March 31, 2019.

Proposals for this important negotiation are developed through the involvement of members like you. Make your voice heard, attend and participate in this very important process. Meetings are open to all paid-up SAG-AFTRA members (please bring your current membership card for admittance, paid thru Oct. 31, 2018).

The meeting dates and times are as follows:

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 1, 2018

10 a.m. - 3 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 8, 2018 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2018 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 15, 2018 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 22, 2018 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018 

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 29, 2018

10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018

Attention members who are actively producing: SAG-AFTRA members who are actively in production cannot attend the W&W Committee Meetings due to conflict of interest.

W&W meetings are only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing — no guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome. No RSVP necessary; participation is limited only by fire department regulations. SAG-AFTRA members, please bring your membership card or digital card on the app (paid through Oct. 31, 2018) for admittance. All bags larger than 14 inches in any dimension will be prohibited from entry. No pets or animals, with the exception of animals in service.
