Demographic data — information about who our members are and how they self-identify — is our ammunition in the ongoing battle for better protections and fair wages for you.
The unique insights from this data translate into leverage at the bargaining table and gains for members.
Once enough members complete their profile, we’ll be able to discern meaningful trends and patterns in earnings and employment, segmented in areas such as ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and military service.
