The #AdsGoUnion monthly meeting on Feb. 12 in New York featured lively discussions on talking to members who are struggling in the industry or thinking of working off the card. Member leaders, with support from staff, led breakout brainstorm sessions on how to actively listen to the fears, anxieties, or anger from fellow union performers and how to engage them in conversation.
