The SAG-AFTRA Chicago Local is excited to honor local members Alma Washington and Richard Shavzin with Baron Awards!
Named after former Local Board member Bob Baron, the Baron Awards are given to members who exemplify outstanding dedication to SAG-AFTRA. Just as Bob Baron himself was known for his service to the Chicago Local, his fellow members, and the larger Chicago and Illinois labor communities, so do Ms. Washington and Mr. Shavzin.
Join us for the Baron Awards ceremony as we celebrate their commitment to the union!
Beverages and light hors d'oeuvres will be served.
