The New Orleans Local hosted a festive SAG Awards viewing party on Saturday, Feb. 24, at the Wein Jazz and Heritage Center in New Orleans. The night featured outstanding refreshments and a wonderful chance to reunite with members, enjoy the awards show and celebrate the end of our historic strike. Members and their guests were captured in photos on the red carpet and received fun goodie bags at the end of the event. 

“Everything was fabulous: food, drink, viewing place and camaraderie,” exclaimed George Trahanis. Thanks to planning committee members Randy Arrington, Diana Boylston and Wayne Douglas Morgan; the entire New Orleans Local Board; volunteers Michael Collier, Rhonda Laizer, Philippe Radalet and Mary Stieffel; and staff member Lisha Brock for making it all happen!
