Dear Member,

Please know that during this difficult time, SAG-AFTRA’s top priority is the health, safety and well-being of our members. SAG-AFTRA staff continue to work with members and their employers to secure work-from-home arrangements as well as to monitor safety protocol and raise related concerns with your employers. If you have a specific concern, question or issue related to COVID-19, please contact SAG-AFTRA staff at

news&broadcast@sagaftra.org

.

We also continue to add safety tips and information for broadcasters related to COVID-19 online. These resources and more are available on our COVID-19 Updates & Resources hub. Please also know that your staff are working remotely and are available to assist you if you have questions.

We are very much aware of the challenges many members face covering the coronavirus pandemic. Feelings of anxiety, stress and workload pressures are inevitable. We understand that having access to mental health resources for broadcasters is particularly important at this time.

We invite our members to attend this online seminar from the DART Center for Journalism & Trauma on “Journalism and Mental Health” this Thursday, April 2, 1-2 p.m. ET. You can register online here

Stay well,

SAG-AFTRA
