Broadcasters Learn About the AFTRA Retirement Fund

Broadcast members of the SAG-AFTRA Seattle and Portland Locals recently had the opportunity to learn more about the AFTRA Retirement Fund.

A workshop about the retirement fund was held at two local television stations: KING-TV in Seattle on Oct. 28; and Portland-based station KGW on Oct. 29. Yetunde Odewunmi, a retirement services manager for the AFTRA Retirement Fund, hosted the workshop on both days. During the workshops, she presented AFTRA-covered performers with details about the AFTRA pension plans and held one-on-one sessions to analyze and discuss their personal pension plans.
