We need your help supporting the Nevada film industry! If passed, AB238 would provide major studios tax credits for creating their films in Nevada. It would bring Sony Pictures Studio to Summerlin and provide $80 million a year in tax credits, starting in 2028 and ending in 2043. AB238 would provide an additional $25 million for independent productions.
AB238 will be presented before the Committee on Revenue at the Nevada Legislative Session at 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 27. You have an opportunity to provide comments about AB238 at the Nevada Legislative Session in either the Las Vegas or Carson City locations.
