Off Top takes a sociopolitical look at Historical Black Colleges & University students as they maneuver through society at a HBCU.
 
Seeking performers able to portray:

Jody Williams: 20-21 years old, Jamaican/Black American, ironically has no accent, has been in America too long, big stout guy, speaks his mind, takes no disrespect and openly tells women how he feels about them, from Stone Mountain in East Atlanta.
 
Ron Jackson: 20-21 years old, a marijuana puffer that is socially and consciously aware of what's going on in the world, subtly says how he feels and can be blunt at times, consoles Wave in smoke sessions and keeps him on track from life’s issues, from Houston.
 
Brooklyn Johnson: 20-21 years old, Wave’s home girl, a big sister figure in his life that shows him the ropes of college at Freedmen University, a very charismatic woman, she has an open-minded view on relationships, gives great relationship advice but is very single, down to earth, loves laid back music, very socially and culturally conscious, from Patterson, New Jersey.
 
Stacy: 20-21 years old, Black female, has beautiful black hair, a beautiful women with intellectual demeanor, meets Wave on a whim and later encounters Jody down the line.

Keisha: 20-22 years old, young Black woman, disgruntled by her future, a student who is in a binding relationship with an drug dealer who deals within the local town.
 
Submission/audition instructions: If you fit any of the above descriptions and would like to audition, please send a résumé and headshot or photo to larryal1112@gmail.com no later than Friday, Aug. 24. Auditions will be over video chat or in person depending upon actors availability. Auditions by appointment only. More information to be provided when auditions are scheduled. Urgent/expedited submissions will be given priority.
