The spring semester of the Washington-Mid Atlantic’s SAG-AFTRA Conservatory is underway, and registration is now live for all workshops. There are several new workshops as well as opportunities to join in via webinar for those members who live far from the Bethesda office. Members living in North Carolina should take special note of the workshops on self-taped auditions on May 3 in Wilmington and Asheville.

Participation in the Conservatory program is available to all SAG-AFTRA local members in good standing - absolutely FREE of charge! Conservatory enrollment fills quickly and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make note of workshops you register for in case you need to cancel. Members must cancel in advance, or risk losing conservatory privileges in the future.
To register for workshops, log into the SAG-AFTRA website, visit the Conservatory’s webpage at http://www.sagaftra.org/locals/washington-mid-atlantic/conservatory and click on “Workshop Registration” in the Conservatory menu on the left.
Whether you are new to the business or are an established veteran, are a broadcaster or an actor/performer, if you work on camera, off-camera or on stage, you will find a Conservatory workshop that will benefit you.
These workshops are for educational purposes and do not constitute SAG-AFTRA’s endorsement of any product, service or provider.
This workshop is only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing — no guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome. SAG-AFTRA members, please bring your membership card (paid through April 30, 2018 or Oct. 31, 2018) for admittance.
