Chicago, Missouri Valley and Twin Cities Locals 2022 Commercials Contracts Wages & Working Conditions

The SAG-AFTRA Chicago Local will be conducting Wages & Working Conditions (“W&W”) meetings in preparation for the 2022 SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract and 2022 SAG-AFTRA Audio Commercials Contract Negotiations. The Commercials Contracts expire March 31, 2022.

Proposals for this negotiation are developed through the involvement of members like you. Make your voice heard and participate in this very important process. Meetings are open to all paid-up SAG-AFTRA members.*

The meeting dates and times for the general Chicago Local W&W meetings are listed below. Attend any or all of the W&W meetings. Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Please check your email and Chicago Local webpage for any updates or additional meetings.

Introductory Meeting: Thursday, Nov. 4, 6-8 p.m. CT
Introduction to the Wage & Working Conditions Process. Nomination and election of Chicago Local Wages & Working Conditions Committee Co-Chairs. Chicago Local Wages & Working Conditions Schedule. Overview of the Commercials Contracts. General Member Questions. 

Commercials W&W Committee Meeting One: Tuesday, Nov. 9, Noon to 2 p.m. CT
Commercials W&W Committee Meeting Two: Monday, Nov. 15, 6 to 8 p.m. CT
Commercials W&W Committee Meeting Three: Wednesday, Nov. 17, Noon to 2 p.m. CT

If you cannot attend a W&W meeting or caucus, please make sure your voice is heard. You may submit proposal recommendations by email at commercials2022@sagaftra.org. Recommendations must be received by Friday, December 3, 2021.

*W&W meetings are only open to paid-up SAG-AFTRA members in good standing (paid through October 31, 2021)  — no guests are allowed. Parents/guardians of performers under 18 years old are welcome.
